Heritage Crossings promotes a lifestyle unique to each individual allowing for as much independence in everyday activities. We have a dedicated support staff that would facilitate accomplishing this goal.
Standard services included in our program are the following:
- 24-hour staffing
- Medication Assistance
- Prescription ordering and delivery
- Utilities (except for phone and cable)
- Staff escort to meals as needed
- Three meals daily with assistance
- Daily activities and social programs
- Scheduled transportation to local merchants
